Rosa Walton on her final tour date at The Lower Third in London

On Thursday 17th September 2026 I travelled up to London to catch Rosa Walton on her debut solo tour. Following the release of her album ‘Tell Me It’s A Dream’, Rosa played a variety of intimate venues across the UK with this date being the final show.

The Lower Third is a venue I had not visited before, but I would certainly love to attend more shows there. It was just a short walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station and despite it being tucked away on a difficult side street it was not too hard to find. Getting in was a smooth process itself which I liked as well, just a walk through the top bar followed by a stamp and ticket scan along with the standard bag checks.

After getting downstairs and getting settled it wasn't long before we were met with the amazing Nadia Kadek who played the most beautiful set. I hadn't heard her music before, but she definitely has herself a listener now with her voice truly entrancing me like a siren song. Her setlist teased lots of upcoming music with lyrics that were highly personal and emotional which is something I truly love- I tend to lean towards songs that I relate deeply to or elicit strong emotions.

She was truly a joy to watch and the crowd definitely felt the same way. Everyone in the venue fell silent and the focus was solely on her, every song garnered a round of applause too and it was well deserved. Nadia also did speak up about how the audience at other shows didn't have this same response so I am glad that we were able to give that support and end the tour on a high.

Rosa Walton was up next to grace the stage, coming out in style with the rest of the band to an instrumental of her song ‘When Will It All Reveal’ before diving right into the set and opening with ‘Heart To Heartbreak’. These fun synth pop vibes created such a bright, fun atmosphere to the room and I had an amazing time singing to every song in the set.

The song ‘Prettier Things’ came with a guest appearance of Jenny on Holiday, Rosa's best friend and fellow member of their duo ‘Lets Eat Grandma’. You could truly see their love and chemistry come alive on stage and it felt so special to see. Their voices compliment each other so beautifully and I can safely say that it was my favourite song from the entire set.

The set followed with other amazing songs such as ‘Taking the roof down’, ‘Wave Machine’, and an incredible cover of ‘Ironic’ by Alanis Morrisette which really got the crowd singing. One of the things I loved the most about this gig was seeing how the songs I had fallen in love with over the summer were brought to life on the stage.

When I listen to this album I find myself in other worlds. Each song stands out to me in one way or another and whether I'm at home, on the bus, in a shop- I find myself fully immersed and somewhere else entirely. Along with that comes with the emotional side too with a mix of love and nostalgia wrapped up with lyrical conversations that I find myself indulged in.

The set drew to a close with Rosa's most iconic song ‘I Really Want To Stay At Your House’ which really lit up the Cyberpunk fans in the audience, definitely an emotional one with all the connotations to it. Following that, she played a new track “Tell Me It's A Dream” which is yet to be released.

Rosa has such fun and bubbly energy, she can dominate the stage and just lights up a room. If anyone gets the chance to see her in the future I'd highly recommend it. Her personality coupled with her melodic synth pop music really draws you in for a good night and you won't leave disappointed.
